Paul loves Australia with a passion.
A background in bonsai has given him a love of natural landscapes. A personal interest in urban planning and architecture gives him a sound knowledge of the development of the Australian states and territories, and knowledge of current and proposed architecture.
Paul is Melbourne born and bred and likes to think of himself as an ambassador to the city (unofficial title). A university education in business management and marketing, along with being an owner manger of a retail outlet and working for corporations are the foundations that make allformat a professional, innovative and serviced based company.
Paul is one of the busiest location managers in the country, servicing with a sanguine attitude, some of the world’s top directors and photographers in award winning projects.

George Rubanov
George has cut his teeth working on short and feature length productions before joining the team in 2014. In between his desire to visit every film festival and eventually win at every film festival in the world, he also manages to maintain a full time job at allformat. Fortunately he is full of energy and dedicated to the job.

Dylan Gullery
As comfortable behind the camera as in front of it. Dylan achieves great results and his dedication to each job is commendable. He is the newest addition to the team.
